The recent Wednesday roll-up was won by David Steel with a score of 30 points. Mark Hancock grabbed second place on countback with 28 points.

The October medal and subscription medal were played on Satur­day.

Conditions were good for the time of year and the course was looking great. Christian Lawrence won division one with a fantastic score of gross 73, net 66.

It was a game of two halves for Christian, who walked off the ninth green seven over before he then fired an impressive back nine of just 30 shots (four under). Christian also took the subscription medal title.

Mark Scrivener finished runner-up in division one with a score of gross 72, net 67.

Phil Poyntz won division two on countback with a score of net 67 and Sean McCarthy finished runner-up with net 67.

Division three was won by Mark Lee with net 68 and Anthony Doyle finished runner-up with net 70.

In the B team match against Sidmouth, Matt Westmoreland and Ian Bentley halved their round, Phil Poyntz and Jim Carwardine won two and one, John Styles and Ali Munro won five and four, Sean Chalcraft and Darren Hodge won five and four, Mark Hancock and Dave Worrall lost two and one and Ed Winsor and Darren Lockley won two and one. Wrangaton won 4½-1½.

The ladies’ October stableford was won by Jane Cooke with a score of 35 points. Di Clasby came second with 30 points.

Chris Harper won the 2015 Tony Sander­son knockout competition, winning the final in an extremely close contest, with Chris managing to win the match on the first extra hole.

Jonathan Axten and Matt Thorn are the 2015 summer foursome winners. They managed to defeat Mikey Paisey and Ian Waites in the final.
